Namuna College of Fashion Technology (NCFT) is pleased to announce the signing of an Academic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT), Dhaka, Bangladesh—marking a significant milestone in international academic collaboration.
Established in 2012 by the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), BUFT is a leading academic institution dedicated to excellence in apparel, textile, knitting, fashion, business, and language education.
The MOU was formally signed by Mr. Md. Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin, MP (Chairperson, Board of Trustees, BUFT) and Ms. Gyani Shova Tuladhar (Founder Principal, NCFT) on February 27, 2024, during Bharat Tex 2024 held in New Delhi, India (February 26–29, 2024).
This partnership aims to promote international cooperation through the exchange of professors, students, specialists, and technical experts; sharing of pedagogical practices and information; and collaboration in teaching resources and academic initiatives.
Through this collaboration, NCFT and BUFT reaffirm their commitment to strengthening global academic ties and enriching learning opportunities for students and faculty at both institutions.
